Research Agronomist

Western Australian based agricultural research firm Kalyx Agriculture requires a full-time Research Agronomist to join their team.
You will be predominantly responsible for conducting field research trials. This will involve all aspects of trial management including site selection, sowing, spraying, assessment, harvest data analysis and interpretation, and the writing of research reports.
The position will provide an ongoing challenge of learning new products and technologies within an extremely rewarding team environment. The role will involve the need to work closely with both industry experts and the general farming community.

- Have a suitable degree/certificate in a related field or relevant agricultural experience.

Research Administration Officer
Location: Carlisle
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and adaptable office administrator or science graduate to join our young and vibrant agricultural company. The role will suit someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team where you will enjoy the roles variety. An agricultural background will be viewed favourably.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all matters of clients’ research requirements including pre-season meetings, setting up and quoting of new trials into the Company database through to delivery of final reports
- Building good relationships with key clients
- Maintaining a very high level of data integrity by sustaining a high level of concentration when inputting all trial data
- Preparing client progress reports, field tour booklets, client presentations, and final report data.
- Creating your own correspondence to a high standard with experience using Microsoft Office software
